  Please fill out a Registration Form and return it to the Secretariat either by electronic or postal mail with relevant payment before September 30, 2003.  Advanced registration is requested for participants who want to present their papers at the Conference.  On-site registration will be available at the registration desk during the Conference, but it is only for participants with no presentation.

2. Payment on site
        Cash, traveler's checks, and credit cards (Master, Visa, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express) are accepted at the conference registration desk. 

Confirmation

Upon receiving your registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation/receipt bearing your registration number.  Please present the confirmation letter to registration desk at the Conference.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat and recieved only by postal mail or by fax.  Balance will be refunded after the Conference.  The refund with remittance charge deducted will be made as shown below.
